Skin Patch Test: Apply a small amount of the product to the inner arm/behind the ear before first use.Discontinue use immediately if redness, itching or other discomfort occurs; consult a dermatologist if symptoms are severe.

For External Use OnlyDo not ingest.Avoid applying on wounded, scarred, inflamed or irritated skin areas.

Avoid Eye Contact: Rinse thoroughly with plenty of clean water if the product gets into the eyes accidentally.

Safe Storage: Keep the product out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion or misuse.

Special Population Notice: Pregnant women, lactating women and patients with skin diseases are advised to consult a doctor before use.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry and dark place, away from high temperature and humidity.

3.Shipping& Receipt

Processing Time: 1–3 business days (excluding pre-sale items; slight delays may occur during peak seasons).We will arrange shipment as soon as possible.

Inspection on Receipt: Check the package carefully before signing for it.If the package is damaged, the product is leaking, or items are missing, please refuse to sign for it and contact us immediately.Once signed for, the package will be deemed intact, and no claims for damage or missing items will be accepted thereafter.

 

4.Return Policy

Return Window: Returns can be applied for within 7 calendar days after signing for the package.

Return Requirements: Only unopened, unused products with intact packaging are accepted for return (except for quality issues).

Shipping Fee Terms:

1.The original international shipping fee is non-refundable;

2. For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong selection): the round-trip shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer;

3. For returns due to quality issues (e.g., deterioration, leakage, packaging damage): the return shipping fee shall be borne by us.

4.Return Process: Contact customer service first to apply for a return and obtain the return address.We will process the refund within 3–5 business days after receiving and verifying the product is in good condition.

5.Non-returnable Scenarios: Products that have been opened/used, damaged due to improper storage/use, returned without prior approval, or applied for return beyond the 7-day window.
